In 1996, Denise started her search career with Fortune Group International, an executive search firm in Philadelphia that specializes in the Pharmaceutical Industry. While there, Denise worked on both contingency and retained searches, focusing on Research and Development positions.
Denise then spent 12 years serving as the Vice President of Search Services for Joseph Associates, Inc. During that tenure, she developed an extensive network of contacts and connections within the industry, which she continues to cultivate today. In her career, she’s completed over 200 search assignments, focusing primarily on the recruitment of Physicians.
Denise strives to learn the unique needs of each of her clients and works to locate candidates to meet those specific needs. Her goal is to help her clients locate the talented professionals necessary in order to excel in this highly competitive marketplace. Denise enjoys spending time staying current with the latest advancements in the industry, reading scientific journals and publication literature. Her passion for science has always been evident, as further illustrated by the fact she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Buffalo prior to embarking upon her career in search.
